Peter Stewart
Peter Stewart concentrates his practice on patent drafting and prosecution. Peter’s work further includes preparation of patentability opinions, analysis of patent infringement issues, and counseling clients in various aspects of intellectual property, including trademark and copyright registrations.
Before joining the firm, Peter completed numerous design projects in conjunction with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at North Carolina State University. Peter also completed summer associate positions at two North Carolina law firms. In 2006, Peter worked in general practice and gained experience in civil litigation matters, commercial law, and real estate transactions. During the following summer, Peter worked in an intellectual property law firm focusing on patent prosecution issues.
